The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee the production process, including cutting, sewing, pressing, and packaging, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments.
- Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment, coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any technical issues or deviations from quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- You have at least 5 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
